1. Donations

• All donations made to Anitya Welfare Society are non-refundable.

• In case of a duplicate payment or technical glitch, we request you to contact us within 7 working days of the transaction.

• Verified refund cases will be processed through the original mode of payment within 10 working days.

2. Event Participation

• If an event is cancelled by the organization, sponsorship contributions (if applicable) may be refunded.

• No refunds will be provided for voluntary withdrawal from events by the participant.
