Creating Change That Grows With People

Anitya Welfare Society began not with fanfare, but with a feeling — that no one should feel invisible just because they were born without access, support, or voice. Since 2020, we’ve quietly stood beside those left behind in makeshift shelters, under open skies, or beside forgotten walls — not to rescue, but to remind them they matter. From jobless youth trying to stand on their own, to children who’ve never held a pencil, to cows left injured in silence, we reach the places where care usually doesn’t. And when we show up, we stay — with skills, books, food, and trust. That’s how we serve. That’s how lives begin to change.

A Journey Rooted in Real Work

Quiet Hands, Real Change

Our mission is to bring skills to the streets, childhood back to children, and care into spaces long forgotten — one silent act of service at a time. We work without noise, but with heart, knowing that real change doesn’t always need applause — only presence. And when we show up, we stay until the ground beneath someone’s feet feels safe again.

Our vision is a world where no child is forced to choose between hunger and learning, where no youth is denied dignity through work, and where every cow — abandoned, ailing, or dying — is given food, shelter, and a final farewell with care. With purpose, compassion, and people who don’t give up, we’re growing hope from the soil up.

Our Collaborations

Trusted by Those Who Believe in Real Work

Every cause we work on responds to a real, visible gap — not trends. Whether it’s skill training, early education, animal care, or restoring green spaces, our efforts begin where neglect is the loudest and help is rare.

Real partnerships, built on shared purpose

Where Schools Don’t Reach

We create open-air Bal Sanskar Shalas where children learn alphabets, numbers, and values — even if they’ve never seen a classroom. For those born into shelters of tarpaulin and tin, these quiet schools become their first window to hope.

Support That Meets Needs

From arranging funeral rites for abandoned cows to offering medicines and marriage kits for families in crisis — we quietly fill the gaps where no one else steps in. Every small kit is a promise: you’re not forgotten.

Skills and Essentials

We offer short, practical training with job placement for unemployed youth who’ve grown up being told they’ll never make it. We don’t just teach — we open doors to income, self-respect, and a chance to build their own story.

The Heart Behind Our Work

A Vision Built On Silence, Not Spotlight

Animesh Joshi, the heart behind Anitya Welfare Society, began not with grand plans, but with a quiet question: "What about those who have no one?" From a young age, he found himself helping injured animals, guiding street children to classrooms, and planting saplings in neglected spaces — not for recognition, but because it felt right. He didn’t wait for perfect resources or applause. He gathered volunteers, gave his time, and showed up — whether it meant spending nights in cow shelters or teaching under a tree. With no spotlight, no shortcuts, and no distractions from the mission, he nurtured a space where dignity, service, and simplicity could grow side by side. Today, under his steady guidance, Anitya has transformed from a handful of helping hands into a registered nonprofit that reaches thousands across Madhya Pradesh — still grounded, still humble, and still quietly doing what needs to be done.

Thoughts and Reflections

Leadership That Leads With Purpose

At the heart of Anitya Welfare Society are individuals who lead with empathy, vision, and unwavering commitment. In these forewords, our President and Secretary share the journey of impact, milestones achieved, and the values that shape every initiative we undertake. Their words reflect not just leadership—but lived purpose.

Mr. Animesh Joshi, President

Over the past two years, we have remained deeply committed to empowering individuals, transforming communities, and nurturing sustainable development across sectors.

Our skill development programs have trained over 1,500 candidates, equipping them with tools to build independent futures. Women empowerment initiatives have fostered self-reliance and opened doors to financial freedom. With the help of ACI Coaching, we’ve extended free exam preparation to 100 bright aspirants aiming for competitive success.

Environmental sustainability has stayed central to our mission. From large-scale tree plantations under our forest redevelopment programs to the launch of “KHETI”—a farmer-focused initiative promoting low-pesticide, innovative agriculture—we continue building a greener tomorrow.

Through JOB ALERT M.P and open campus placements, we’ve enabled over 800 individuals to access meaningful employment. These numbers represent more than metrics—they reflect lives changed, families supported, and futures reclaimed.

As we look forward, we carry this momentum with deep resolve—to expand our reach, deepen our impact, and continue creating opportunities for all. I extend heartfelt thanks to our team, volunteers, partners, and every supporter who fuels our vision.

Mr. Aditya Agrawal, Secretary

As an organization committed to inclusive and sustainable development, we have prioritized transparency, efficient planning, and measurable impact in all our operations.

Managing the society’s operations and financial systems has been a journey rooted in accountability and vision. We focused on long-term initiatives that generate real community change—from skill development and education to employment generation and environmental protection.

Key highlights this year include training over 1,500 candidates, supporting 100 aspirants with free competitive exam coaching, and facilitating over 800 job placements through JOB ALERT M.P. Our tree plantation drives and KHETI farming initiative continue to promote ecological health and sustainable agriculture among local farmers.

We take pride in the strategic partnerships that have powered our growth—alliances with educational institutions, employment agencies, environmental groups, and agricultural experts. These collaborations ensure that every program is not just impactful, but also self-sustaining and future-ready.

On behalf of the management, I extend deep gratitude to our dedicated team, volunteers, and supporters. Your belief in our work gives us the strength to move forward with clarity, courage, and compassion.
